Walk this way - in Tasmania!

John Crook has details of some great walking tours in Australia's Apple Isle, Tasmania on our latest travel podcast. Also on the show US-based hosts Arthur von Wiesenberger and Martha Bull take listeners to two lesser visited destinations in Spain, namely Gibraltar and Malaga. I'm back from a two week break in beautiful beachside Broadbeach (Queensland) enjoying the occasional sunshine amongst the heavy showers of rain. Canberra, British cabs and equinne trekking

Award-winning radio show




The US edition of Around the World Travel Radio (parent show of the Aussie edition which I produce and host each week) has won the Best of Travel & Dining in Radio gold from the IRHAS International Restaurant & Hotel Awards, the Oscars of the travel world.

The competition for the coveted award included finalists The Travel Show with Arthur Frommer, Chef’s Challenge, The Food Programme, from cities and stations such as NYC, Sydney and the BBC.

Congratulations to US show hosts Arthur von Wiesenberger and Richard Mineards (pictured above) and Producer Graham M. Brown and Assistant Producer Linda Jorgensen. Keep listening to segments from the US-based show in the Australian edition of Around the World!
